Case in point: We recently installed a fully automated laminated dough processing line, increasing our production capacity tenfold. Gold Standard Baking started as a gourmet bakery catering to the public as well as restaurants and supermarkets throughout Chicago. The Caparos family acquired the company in 2002, embarking on an ambitious, facility-wide automation program. Six years later, the Caparos family and Arbor Investments decided to partner together, combining resources and processing knowhow to serve our customers even better.
